NTG35 LEDs are recommended for good tint, beam pattern, high CRI and free of greenish tint.
The flashlight works with button and flat top unprotected 14500 cells as well as NiMH AA cells.
Emisar D3AA does not work with protected 14500 cells. No cell included in the price.
The brass switch retaining ring sits flush with the brass button to minimize the chance of accidental activation
